- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00
- Thursday: 10:00 – 20:00
- Monday: Closed
The museum is open on all regional and national holidays, with the following exceptions:
- Whit Monday, May 25, 2026
- Christmas, December 24 and 25, 2026
- New Year’s Day, January 1, 2027
- Carnival, February 4–9, 2027

Admission with a Museum Pass / Raiffeisen MemberPlus card
Admission to the museum is free for holders of a Swiss Museum Pass or a Raiffeisen MemberPlus card.
Important:
- Please present your valid card on entry so that it can be registered in the system.
- The additional cost for a guided tour (10 per person) is not included; only admission to the museum is free with a valid card.
General information
- Our museum is accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
- Please note that dogs are not permitted in the museum. *Medical assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and are permitted access.
- We are happy to welcome school classes with a guided tour and prior registration.
- Groups of 20 or more (without a booked guided tour) must book in advance.
Guided tours and workshops on request.
Public tours take place at the following times:
– Tuesdays: 14:00 – 15:00
– Thursdays: 17:30 – 18:30
– Saturdays: 11:00 – 12:00
