- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 17:00
- Thursday: 10:00 – 20:00
- Monday: Closed
The museum is open on all regional and general holidays, except for the following days:
- Solothurn Carneval week 12.02. to 17.02.2026
- Easter Monday, 6. April 2026

General information
- Our museum is accessible and wheelchair-friendly.
- Please note that dogs are not permitted in the museum. *Medical assistance dogs are exempt from this rule and are permitted access.
- We are happy to welcome school classes with a guided tour and prior registration.
- Groups of 20 or more (without a booked guided tour) must book in advance.
Guided tours and workshops on request.
Public tours take place at the following times:
– Thursdays: 17:30 – 18:30
– Saturdays: 11:00 – 12:00
– Tuesdays: 14:00 – 15:00
