Let Israeli musician and composer Jonathan Keren enchant you under the starry sky of the museum with The Little Prince and His World. In his solo show ‘Bach Loops’, he combines violin, viola, bass and looper and improvises virtuosically on the music of Johann Sebastian Bach. A special concert experience between classical music and creative sound art in a unique atmosphere.
Price: 29 CHF per person, including admission to the museum.

Biography:
Jonathan Keren is an Israeli composer, violinist and versatile performer who has been living in Biberist/SO since 2016. He completed his bachelor's and master's degrees in composition at the Juilliard School in New York.
Keren is a member of the Geneva Camerata and regularly performs as concertmaster with this orchestra. He is active in a wide variety of ensembles, covering a broad stylistic range that includes early and classical music as well as contemporary compositions and folklore.
Keren is a prize winner of the Koussevitzky Foundation of the Library of Congress (2007), winner of the Prime Minister's Prize in Composition (2012) and the AKUM Prize for ‘Achievement of the Year in Composition’ in Israel (2011), winner of the ASCAP Young Composer Award (2004) and recipient of a scholarship from the America-Israel Cultural Foundation for violin and composition (1997-2003).
His works and arrangements are performed worldwide by performers of various styles, including at Carnegie Hall, the Louvre Museum, the Berlin Philharmonic and the Elbphilharmonie Hamburg, the Juilliard School and the New England Conservatory, as well as in Tanglewood.
